Cancellation Policy
We kindly make you aware that we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Any cancellations made after this will be faced with a 50% charge of the booked treatment.
Deposit
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit will be required for treatments that are 2 hours or more. If you cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour notice period, this deposit can be refunded.

We love it when you tell your friends about us! Enjoy £10 off your next treatment when you refer a friend, and get £10 off for your friend too.
PARKING
Free parking after 11 am next to the salon. 10 minutes walk from Rayner’s Lane station.
LOYALTY
Get your 6th booking for 35% off. Ask at reception for one of our loyalty cards designed to keep you happy.
STUDENT AND PENSIONERS DISCOUNT
To help struggling students, a 15% discount is available from Monday to Wednesday. Proof of student ID is necessary. Let us know if you’re a student when booking your treatment(s). We also offer 20% off for pensioners Monday to Wednesday.
